Newseum Among Top 10 U.S. Attractions This Fall: Trip Advisor
TripAdvisor has announced the findings of its Seasonal Attractions Trend Index, calling the Newseum a must-see spot this fall.

WASHINGTON, DC — TripAdvisor announced the top 25 hottest attractions this fall and a Washington, DC favorite placed in the top ten.
The Newseum ranked 6th on the list of Top Trending U.S. Attractions for fall 2017. TripAdvisor says the Newseum had a 20 percent year-over-year increase in search activity.
The Attractions Trend Index includes parks, museums and other tourist sites that have seen user search activity increase the most in September and October, according to the website.

TripAdvisor suggests DC tourists: "Explore interactive exhibits on the seven levels of this building that explore free expression and the five freedoms of the First Amendment: religion, speech, press, assembly and petition."

“TripAdvisor Attractions data shows that travelers have a strong interest in historic attractions this season, as well as continued interest in Southern nature and structures,” Brooke Ferencsik, senior director of communications for TripAdvisor, said in a statement. “TripAdvisor offers bookable tours for travelers to maximize any trip and have a fuller experience than if they explored on their own.”
