Police Seek Shooting Suspect Near Capital One Arena

WASHINGTON, DC — Police were searching for a shooting suspect near Capital One Arena Wednesday morning, officials said.

A heavy police presence was in the area of the 600 block of H Street, NW. at about 9 a.m.

Police said the shooting suspect is a black man in his 40s. He was last seen going in the direction of 6th Street.

H Street NW. was blocked in both directions, but has since reopened, officials told Patch.
