Sting And Shaggy To Perform Outside Game 3 Of Stanley Cup Final
Sting and Shaggy will perform a free concert before Game 3 of the 2018 Stanley Cup Final.

WASHINGTON, DC — GRAMMY award-winning artists Sting and Shaggy will perform a free concert on the steps of the Smithsonian's National Portrait Gallery before Game 3 of the Stanley Cup Finals, according to the NHL.
The Stanley Cup Final Concert will take place at 6 p.m. Saturday on G Street, right outside the Capital One Arena, before Game 3 at 8 p.m. in the arena.
The concert is free and open for everyone to attend. No tickets are required.

Fall Out Boy will perform outside the arena before Game 4 Monday.
“It’s our overall philosophy to make this Stanley Cup Final as big as it’s ever been, from an event and social standpoint,” Steve Mayer, the NHL’s chief content officer, told The Washington Post. “We look at it as the greatest series in sports. How do you amplify that? How do you make it feel as big as it is?”

The Stanley Cup final is even after the Capitals beat the Knights in game 2 on Wednesday night.
There will be no vehicular traffic in the following areas from 11 p.m. May 29 to 3 p.m. June 11:
- F Street, NW from 5th Street to 7th Street, NW
- 6th Street, NW from E Street to G Street, NW
Limited traffic will be accessible only to local residents and monthly parking pass holders in the following area:
- 6th Street, NW from E Street to H Street, NW
- 500 block of G Street, NW
