Unrelated Overnight Shootings Kill 3, Injure 2 In D.C.
Three people were killed and two others were injured after three unrelated shootings occurred throughout the District overnight.

WASHINGTON, D.C. — Three people were killed and two others were injured after three unrelated shootings occurred throughout the District overnight, police said.
Two men were fatally shot and another man was injured around midnight in the 6200 block of 8th St. NW, police said. There is no known suspect or motive for the shooting, police said.
A man was also gunned down in Northeast around the same time, police said. He was found suffering from gunshots in a pickup truck on Hunter Place.

A few hours later, a man was found shot in Southeast at about 1:41 a.m. Police said this victim was conscious and breathing.
