Video Shows Shootout In DC

Police are looking for five people in connection with the shooting.

WASHINGTON, DC -- Police are seeking the public's help in identifying five people after a shootout was caught on video in Northwest D.C.

The shooting happened in the 5400 block of 5th Street NW on Thursday, Feb. 7 at around 3:44 p.m., and it was all captured on a nearby surveillance camera, according to a statement from the Metropolitan Police Department.

In the video, four men can be seen standing in front of a store. One of them suddenly pulls out a gun and fires it at a vehicle, and someone gets out of the passenger side of the vehicle and fires his own gun as everyone scatters.
