WASHINGTON, DC — Frost is expected to kick off the week for much of the area Monday morning, according to the National Weather Service. It'll begin a week of cold nights and fall days, says forecasters.
A frost advisory is in place from 3-9 a.m. Monday for Washington, D.C. Temperatures will be in the mid to upper 30s, potentially impacting sensitive plants.
We'll get to a high near 60 degrees Monday. Tuesday offers a brief warm-up to 66 degrees, but we'll quickly settle back into daytime highs in the low 60s and overnight lows in the low 40s.

Veterans Day will be mostly sunny, with a high near 63 degrees. Expect a cooler weekend, with high temperatures in the low 50s.
