Washington DC Weather Forecast: Standard Fall Monday Before Cool Spell

WASHINGTON, DC — After a typical fall day Monday, we'll see another cold spell work its way through the region by mid-week.

The week starts with a windy Monday: gusts could reach as high as 21 mph Monday night. The high Monday will be 68 degrees.

By Wednesday, the high will be at 56 degrees. Overnight lows will also reach down into the low 40s.

There's a brief chance for showers Thursday before temperatures head back for the 60s and we should see the sun again for the weekend.
