Fans at Nats Park and beyond went crazy after a grand slam in the 10th inning lifted them over the Dodgers in Game 5.

WASHINGTON, DC — Well, that was quite a way to end the series, wasn't it?
The Washington Nationals prevailed over the Los Angeles Dodgers in a dramatic Game 5 victory late Wednesday night after Howie Kendrick hit a grand slam to center field in the 10th inning. They will advance to the National League Championship Series for the first time ever to face the St. Louis Cardinals, a series that begins Friday night.
Nationals fans gathered at Nats Park and elsewhere went absolutely crazy after Kendrick's home run, and videos have been making the rounds on social media Thursday. Here are a few of the best.
