Watch: Ovechkin Cheers On Nationals In Game 4
Ovechkin was on hand for the Nationals' big Game 4 win over the Dodgers.

WASHINGTON, DC — As the Nationals romped to a 6-1 victory in Game 4 against the Los Angeles Dodgers on Monday night, a familiar face was in the stands, cheering them on: Capitals superstar Alexander Ovechkin.
Ovechkin was enjoying an off night between home games to take in the action, as the Nationals were able to stave off elimination and force a decisive Game 5 in Los Angeles on Wednesday night.
The Capitals posted video (embedded below) on their official Twitter feed of Ovi cheering the home team on.

Ovechkin also threw out the first pitch -- the first time he's done that at a Nationals game since June 10, 2018, three days after he won the Stanley Cup. This time, it was his turn to support a playoff team seeking its first title.
After the win, Ovechkin joked on Twitter that perhaps he was the team's good luck charm.
