WASHINGTON, DC -- There's nothing more adorable than pandas frolicking in the snow, and fortunately for us, there's video of exactly that at the National Zoo in D.C. after Wednesday's snowfall.

Mei Xiang and Bei Bei were captured on video playing in the snow Wednesday at the zoo. Video is embedded below.

The zoo used the video to promote Saturday's Giant Panda Housewarming Celebration, which is free to the public and will kick off a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 9 a.m.

"Visitors can talk with panda scientists and keepers, and young panda fans can enjoy a coloring station," the National Zoo said in a statement. "The giant pandas and red pandas will receive special frozen treats throughout the day, and snacks will be available for human visitors as well."

At 9:30 a.m., red pandas receive treats, and then at 10:30 a.m. giant pandas receive treats.
