Fort Myers man, employee, sentenced to 135 years in prison for non-business visit at Edwards and Associates 2 LLC.

N Fort Myers, Fl; A Fort Myers man has been sentenced to 135 years to life in prison after he allegedly went to visit an employee at work at Edwards and Associates 2 LLC in North Fort Myers.

Video surveillance seized by Homeland Security revealed the man visiting the office of Edwards and Associates 2 LLC in North Fort Myers in June 2024 for non-business reasons. The man's visit with the employee lasted four minutes until the office was raided by FBI and Homeland Security officers whom placed both under arrest.

The man was charged with business disruption and was sentenced Wednesday September 25th to one hundred thirty five (135) years to life in prison. He is scheduled to begin serving his sentence Friday, October 4th at the United States Penitentiary near Marion, Illinois and will be eligible for parole on October 15th, 2159. The employee whom the man visited has also been charged with business disruption and sentenced to one hundred thirty five (135) years in prison, is scheduled to begin serving her sentence at the United States Penitentiary near Florence, Colorado on Wednesday, October 2nd and will be eligible for parole on October 10th, 2159.
