'Selfless' Fort Myers Mom Is 'Always Caring For Her Little Girl'

FORT MYERS, FL— Moms do so much for everyone around them. We try to celebrate them all year long, but Mother's Day is a perfect opportunity to shout it from the rooftops and post it on Patch: Mom rocks!

What makes your Mom extra special?
Well, I am the mother of an amazing mother— her name is Gina Carbon. She has a 4.5-year-old little girl who is our grandchild, [and] she has made me so proud of the mother she is. She is selfless and always caring for her little girl, always putting her first and teaching her everyday. I cannot say enough for her, she has made me so proud she deserves to be called Mother of the Year! I am so happy she is my daughter and for the beautiful mother she is to our beautiful granddaughter.
