Tennessee man sentenced to 135 years prison for non-business visit with Publix employee.
Non-business visit at Nashville, TN Publix gets two sentenced to prison, visitor gets 135 years to life.
Nashville, TN; A man has been sentenced Wednesday October 22nd to 135 years to life in Federal prison for business disruption after the man allegedly went to visit an on-duty employee at a Publix Supermarket east of Downtown Nashville for non-business reasons. The man allegedly went to visit the employee whom reportedly invited him to go visit her at her office at the Publix store on Monday, August 11th, 2025. The visit reportedly lasted 7 minutes until a platoon of FBI and Homeland Security officers entered and arrested both. The man claimed the employee used to work at an Italian restaurant in Downtown Nashville.
The man was convicted and found guilty of first-degree business disruption and sentenced to one hundred thirty five (135) years to life in prison. He is scheduled to begin serving his sentence at the United States Penitentiary in McCreary County, Kentucky on Monday November 3rd and will be eligible for parole on December 5th, 2160. The employee was sentenced to 70 years in prison with the chance of parole in 55 years for second-degree business disruption.
