1. Inter Miami CF and AutoNation announced they have raised $125,000 for the Breast Cancer Research Foundation. The announcement was made after winning Wednesday night against Toronto CF. (WSVN)

2. Masks: Miami officials said their mask mandate for students in some South Florida schools could be eased by the end of October as local rates of COVID-19 infections and hospitalizations continue to fall. (NBC Miami)

3. Former Broward County Sheriff Officer Lieutenant Julio Cesar Chang is the latest to be charged in connection with the January 6th Capitol Insurrection. He faces multiple counts including disorderly and disruptive conduct and entering and remaining in a restricted building. (CBS Miami)

4. Development: A developer is planning to fill part of a lake at Blue Lagoon near Miami International Airport to build a residential complex called Miami City Center. The new complex would include 1,333 residential units, 41,438 square feet of commercial units, and 2,589 parking spaces. (The Next Miami)

5. Travel the world: Royal Caribbean's Epic World Cruise will set you back at least $60,000. The cruise will set sail for 274 nights across seven continents and more than 60 countries in 2023. (Miami Patch)
