Crestview Towers Condo Fire, Started On Second Floor
Miami-Dade Fire Rescue said the fire started on the second floor.

An investigation is underway after an early morning fire at a North Miami Beach condo.

It happened around 4 a.m. at the Crestview Towers at 2025 NE 164th Street. There was no one inside the building at the time since it had been was deemed unsafe following the Surfside condo collapse.
