1. Police have located the body of a man they believe fell from Sunny Isles Beach after he was hit by a car Friday night. The driver of the other vehicle remained on the scene and has not been identified. (NBC Miami)

2. DeSantis Wins: A Leon County circuit judge refused to block a state law that bans so-called "vaccine passports," rejecting arguments by a Sarasota business that the law violates First Amendment rights. (Click Orlando)

3. Florida will stop sending Floridians to collections for being overpaid by unemployment services. Governor DeSantis requested the change in a letter to the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity (DEO). It does not include payments related to fraud. (ABC Action News)

4. An American Airlines flight attendant who was traveling to Miami was arrested in South America. She was allegedly trying to smuggle gold, jewelry and cash on a plane bound for Miami. (WPLG Local 10)

5. Evacuation: A building in downtown Miami was evacuated Sunday as police investigated a bomb threat. The building was evacuated as a safety measure. (WSVN)
