Here are the top stories today in Miami:
1. Miami Beach passed a resolution to support prosecuting any case where the person arrested already has a criminal record and to appeal any cases dismissed by judges. The change will impact 90% of cases which are regularly dismissed. (WPLG Local 10)

2. Knaus Berry Farm will reopen on October 26th. The farm has been operating in Homestead since 1956 and is normally open between November and mid-April. (WSVN)
3. The Red Hot Chili Peppers have announced that its 2022 World Tour will bring them back to South Florida. The iconic band will visit Hard Rock Stadium on August 30th, 2022. (CBS Miami)
4. A Broward County pastor was arrested Monday and faces charges for domestic violence after an incident in North Lauderdale. Police say Damion Orlando Archat struck and pushed the victim to the ground. (NBC Miami)
5. Anatomy just announced its fifth Miami location, set to open in spring or summer 2022 in Doral. It will be 14,000 square feet and feature personal training, indoor and outdoor group fitness classes, as well as weights and cardio equipment. (Ocean Drive Magazine)
