Opa-Locka Police: 2 In Custody In Shooting Of 8-Year-Old Child

Opa-Locka police say they have two persons of interest in custody in the shooting of an 8-year-old child.

Authorities said it appears that two parties were shooting from across the field, where an 8-year-old child was caught in the crossfire and struck once in the lower back/buttocks area.

The child was transported to Ryder in stable condition.
