Toddler’s Body Pulled From Lake At South FL Park: Reports

HIALEAH, FL — The body of a 3-year-old girl was pulled from a lake at a South Florida park Saturday, according to multiple reports.

She was found unresponsive in a lake at Amelia Earhart Park in Hialeah after becoming separated from an adult family member, NBC Miami said.

After the family member told Miami Dade park rangers about the missing child, they started a search for her within the park, according to WSVN.

Rangers found the toddler in the water.

Hialeah Fire Rescue brought the girl to Palmetto General Hospital, where she died, CBS News reported.
