1. An economist says Miami Beach would lose $227 million dollars if liquor sales stop at 2 a.m. City leaders are pushing for a rollback as a way to address crime in the area, while nightclubs are fighting against changes. (CBS Miami)

2. Miami private school, Centner Academy, which previously made national headlines when it said it would penalize teachers who got the COVID-19 vaccine is now requiring students who get vaccinated to remain home for 30 days after each dose. The school cited widely debunked vaccine misinformation as its reasoning, concerning health leaders. (WSVN)
3. Miami’s 100-story Waldorf Astoria tower is set to begin sitework in Q4 of 2021. The developer says the property is "selling fast" and has a total sellout value of $1 billion. (The Next Miami)
4. 'Tis the Season: Santa’s Enchanted Forest will take place in Hialeah this year with a planned November opening. It was originally established in 1983 by the Shechtman family and lost its old location prior to the COVID-19 pandemic. (Secret Miami)
