2 FL Deputies Killed, 1 Injured In South Florida Crash: Reports
An SUV hit three Florida deputies who were on police motorcycles, leading to the crash that killed two of the deputies, reports say.
LOXAHATCHEE, FL — Two on-duty Florida deputies were killed, and a third deputy was injured, after they were hit by a car Thursday at Southern Boulevard in Loxahatchee, per media reports.
The deputies, who were not named, were on their police motorcycles when an SUV hit them, WSVN reported, citing the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office. The deputy who was hurt in the crash was in critical condition, the news outlet reported.
An NBC Miami news chopper saw heavy front damage to the SUV with the damaged police motorcycles next to it, the news outlet reported.
