FL Missing Child Alert: Baby May Be In Company Of Woman Headed North

Police say 10-month-old Abnel Develon was last seen in West Palm Beach on Thursday, and are asking for the public's help finding him.

WEST PALM BEACH, FL — Florida authorities issued a Missing Child Alert on Saturday evening for a 10-month old boy, who may be in the company of a woman traveling northbound.

The Florida Department of Law Enforcement said the child, Abnel Devalon, was last seen Thursday in West Palm Beach. He is approximately 2 feet tall and 15 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.

Authorities said that Abnel may be in the company of Felicienne Azor-Devalon, 38, of West Palm Beach. They may be traveling north to Indiana, officials said.

Azor-Devalon is 5 feet, 5 inches tall and approximately 180 pounds, according to the alert.

Anyone with information about the child's whereabouts is asked to call 9-1-1 or call West Palm Beach Police at 561-822-1900.
