'Very sweet person at heart': Family of victim in unsolved West Palm Beach hit and run seek justice (wpbf.com) — West Palm Beach police and the family of Rachel Santamaria are pleading for help to solve her October 2024 hit-and-run death on the 2000 block of Okeechobee Boulevard. Investigators have located a white Toyota SUV but still need witnesses to identify the driver, and Crime Stoppers is taking anonymous tips.
