Animal Rights Group Has Concerns About Atlanta Horse Carriage Company: Report
The Georgia Animal Rights and Protection group says horses at All Around Carriages in Atlanta are living in poor conditions.
GEORGIA — Horses at an Atlanta horse carriage company are being mistreated, an animal rights group alleges, reported WGCL-TV.
Georgia Animal Rights and Protection Vice President Julie Robertson told WGCL that she has concerns over the conditions at the All Around Carriages in Atlanta. She has documented inhumane conditions several times since February after being alerted by a concerned citizen, she said.
“They were looking at me like, ‘do something,’” Robertson said. “There were five horses in a row of small, dirty, filthy urine and feces-soaked mud with no shelter.”

Although the owner told the news station he passed inspections by the Department of Agriculture and Atlanta Police, Robertson is still concerned for the wellbeing of the horses. She said the conditions pose health concerns.
