GA Man Arrested On Warrant After McDonald's Cold Food Dispute: Police

A man wanted for failure to appear in a homicide case called 911 on a McDonald's manager only to be arrested and charged with trespassing.

KENNESAW, GA — A Georgia man was arrested at a McDonald's in Kennesaw on Aug. 5 after he called 911 over a dispute about his food when police discovered he had an outstanding arrest warrant for failure to appear in connection with a homicide case, according to an arrest report obtained by Patch.

Antoine Sims was charged with criminal trespassing and willful obstruction with a police officer and also is facing a felony drug charge. He is in Cobb County Jail without bond, according to jail records.

The McDonald's manager told police Sims yelled at workers to fix his food and threw a drink at eventually threw a drink at him, according to the report.
