Man Disappears Swimming In Chattahoochee River Near Atlanta: Reports
A man swimming across the Chattahoochee River near Atlanta hasn't been seen since Monday afternoon, according to reports.
GEORGIA — A man swimming across the Chattahoochee River Monday disappeared and now a search team is trying to find him, according to reports.
Cobb County police confirmed to WSB-TV that its underwater search and recovery team is out at the river again today looking for the 20-year-old man who never resurfaced after trying to swim across the river to a popular diving rock.
According to WXIA-TV, the search and recovery team is conducting an operation near Diving Rock, just north of the perimeter in Atlanta.
