The children of Eagle Pointe Preschool recently got into the fall spirit by learning about farm life.
Their farm-themed week was concluded with a visit from Cricket’s Mobile Petting Zoo, which gave the children an opportunity for hands-on experience. The school's 3-year-old class adopted a baby chicken for a couple of weeks, watching it grow, learning about the life cycle of an egg and then donating the chick to a local farm.
Students and their parents also celebrated with a bountiful farm breakfast feast of eggs, bacon and biscuits.
