- Atlanta rapper and Grammy-award winner Lil Baby has partnered with AXE to create new products for men. The WHAXE Pack – a combination of "AXE" and Lil Baby's nickname "WHAM" – includes a deodorant stick, body wash, a ring, and a cleaner. The WHAXE stick features the full-size AXE apollo deodorant stick – that is platinum metallic and has a rhinestone cap – on a chain. (CBS 46 News)
- Last weekend, the Atlanta Hawks and State Farm – and more than 5,000 volunteers – gathered at the State Farm Arena to support the pair's Million Meal Pack initiative. The partnership resulted in packing 1,019,232 meals in nine hours to combat hunger. (The Atlanta Voice)
- As of Friday afternoon, four party rental companies have come forward to say a man has stolen from them to resell their merchandise on Facebook Marketplace. The event vendors say the man goes by the name "Thomas Jones." The South Fulton police have released a flyer saying the man's name is actually William Long. (WSB Atlanta)
- A metro Atlanta sheriff's office says a Hoschton homeowner contacted them to report fraudulent checks used to purchase puppies. The victims were selling puppies and say a man and a woman gave them a fake check to purchase two puppies. The suspects were caught on video surveillance, and their photos can be viewed at the link. (WSB Atlanta)
- Investigators believe an Atlanta woman shot a man in self-defense during an assault early yesterday morning. Police say the woman fled to a nearby Publix before shooting the man in the leg. The assault began in an apartment complex near the 200 block of Greenhaven Drive SE. (FOX 5 Atlanta)
