Sibley Mill could follow mixed-use development trend with possible sale (wrdw.com) — A long-vacant landmark, Sibley Mill on the Augusta Canal, may soon be sold for a major mixed-use redevelopment that could start early next year. The $75 million project and $2 million sale would help plug the Canal Authority’s budget gap, upgrade hydro infrastructure, and bring more residents, offices, and restaurants to downtown and Harrisburg.
