A community meeting is being held Tuesday night at 7 pm to discuss an application to modify existing zoning conditions on property located at 1350, 1358, 1364 and 1370 Dresden Drive and 2544, 2552 and 2462 Coldwell Road to develop a multi-family development in compliance with the Brookhaven Overlay District Standards.
