DeKalb County-based Senior Connections is one of 15 finalists for a $25,000 Southwest Airlines LUV Grant, which recognizes organizations who 'LUV' their communities. Winners will be announced at an awards banquet in late March.
If Senior Connections wins (in the large organization category), the grant will be used to build up to five wheelchair ramps for qualifying senior citizens in the metro-Atlanta area.
