"Bricks for Kids" Ribbon Cutting Approaches
Parents and student at Garden Hills Elementary School in Buckhead will soon be able to walk over personalized bricks honoring the school.
Garden Hills Elementary School is getting ready to unveil a series of bricks and pavers bought by community members on a path that leads to the school.
The grand opening of the “Bricks for Kids” pathway will be held at the top of Rumson Road from 3 to 5 p.m. on Sept. 13, BuckheadView reports. The pavers and bricks line the path from Rumson Road to the school.
Some 82 bricks and pavers were sold at costs between $55 and $550, raising just under $4,000 for the elementary school, BuckheadView says.
