Missing Woman Returns Home, Safe
Louisea Michelle Ramsey, 50, had been missing from a Fredda Lane home in Cartersville since Wednesday.

officials are asking for the public’s help in finding a woman missing from a relative's Cartersville home since Wednesday.
Louisea Michelle Ramsey, 50, suffers from bi-polar disorder and recently came to Cartersville from Detroit. She is staying with relatives on Fredda Lane, but may be trying to get transportation out of the Cartersville area.

Ramsey, a black female about 5-feet-7-inches tall and 250 pounds, has brown hair and brown eyes and was last seen wearing a black skirt and a black top.Â
She should be approached with caution. According to relatives, Ramsey suffers from paranoia.
