Inmate's Arm 'Disfigured' in Fight
The two men housed at the Bartow County jail apparently came to blows over a TV remote control.

A inmate's arm is suspected to have been broken in a fight with another man in detention over which would change the channel on the TV.
Inmate Anthony Troy Kiser, 50, of Cartersville, emerged from cell block 4-L with his arm "disfigured" just above the wrist after telling a jail officer he had just broken his arm, according to the report.
Another man boarded at the jail, 33-year-old Robert Allen Byram of Dawsonville said he and Kiser went for the remote control at the same time, but Kiser lost his balance and tried to catch himself, thereby breaking his arm.

A third inmate told the same story, but it was a fourth man who indicated a fight led to Kiser's injury. The witness "would not say anything," but when asked if the pair had been fighting over the remote, said, "You are very smart."
Kiser was taken to the medical wing for treatment. Byram was charged with aggravated battery, a felony.
