Police Arrest Accused Armed Robber

Police say it took them less than five minutes to identify, find and arrest the suspect.

CARTERSVILLE, GA — A Cartersville man is accused of robbing a North Tennessee Street gas station on Tuesday morning, according to a release from the Cartersville Police Department.

Tabori Talley walked into the Marathon Gas Station in the 1100 block of North Tennessee Street at around 10 a.m. Tuesday, police say, telling the clerk he had a gun and demanded money.

The clerk complied and Talley got away for the time being, police said.

Then, about five minutes later, police found him at his Mountain Chase Drive home and arrested him, the release says.

At the same time, police found and arrested Jerbontay Cameron, also of Mountain Chase Drive, on a probation violation.

Talley was charged with armed robbery.

Nobody was injured during the incident or arrests.
