Marvin Arrington is running for State House in District 62 and was featured in the latest BlackVoices.com Spotlight.

Marvin Arrington Jr., who is running to represent District 62 in the Georgia House of Representatives is now only hours away from accomplishing his goal.
Most recently, Arrington was featured in the Huffington Post's Black Voices Blog, as one of the influential Black Atlantans who were following in their parents footsteps. Marvin Arrington's father was a long-time civil rights lawyer and also held local office.

A graduate of the University of Virginia and Emory University School of Law, (and) he has pursued justice on behalf of the disenfranchised for over two decades. Outside of his legal work, the Atlanta native has successfully established a foothold in the entertainment industry, with credits on independent film releases like “Big Ain't Bad,” “Trois” and “We the People: From Crispus Attucks to Barack Obama”.
