Video: NAACP Candidate Forum for SW Atlanta Residents and the July 31st Election

The local NAACP Chapter invited all of the candidates running for office to speak to the community at its Candidate Forum.

The Atlanta NAACP held is Candidate Forum last week so that community members in Southwest Atlanta could have the chance to meet and question the potential office holders.

More than a dozen individuals running for a variety of offices showed up at the event and gave information about themselves and their platform.  Fulton County Sheriff candidates along with State Representatives were all in attendance and happy to shake hands with voters. 

The NAACP has consistently been engaged in voter registration and continues to register voters for the upcoming November election.
