Information Here Douglas County Point in Time Count will be held on next Monday, February 21, 2022, at 6:00pm. The Douglas County Intergovernmental Community Services Division along with the County’s Community Affairs department, The Homeless Coalition and the Community Service Board conducts a count of the homeless population (sheltered and unsheltered) every 2 years in which we rely upon the kindness of volunteers for its completion called “Point in Time”. Although we are heavily involved, we require the help from various governmental, churches, community organizations and faith-based entities as well.
