3 Face Robbery Charges In Douglas Co.
Two of the three men arrested in connection with a suspected armed robbery are facing kidnapping charges, Douglas Co. authorities say.
DOUGLASVILLE, GA — Three people have been arrested in connection with an armed robbery on South Whisper Drive last week in Douglasville, authorities said Monday.
The Douglas County Sheriff's Office said the suspected armed robbery involving a motorcycle happened on Jan. 6. Details were limited.
The motorcycle was later located, which led to two police chases in the area of Fairburn Road and Midway Drive, authorities said.

They added they arrested Marquise Willis at the scene, but said suspects Anthony Slaton and Matthew Wilkinson were later arrested in Atlanta.
Douglas County Jail records on Tuesday showed Slaton and Wilkison were arrested Monday. Authorities said they face aggravated assault, kidnapping and robbery charges, authorities said.

Willis was arrested on charges of armed robbery, forgery and fleeing or attempting to elude, authorities said.
They remained incarcerated without bond on Tuesday, jail records showed.
