Duluth Wildcats to Play Football Scrimmage Game Against Dacula

Make plans to attend the Duluth High School Wildcats scrimmage with Dacula High School Friday. The practice football game starts at 7:30 p.m. at the Dacula High School stadium. 

The Fall Kidsignments Sale continues Friday and Saturday. The sale starts at 9 a.m. each day at the Gwinnett County Fairgrounds and features bargain prices on kids clothing, toys, furniture, coats, shoes, books, and toys. There are 1,400 sellers.

More volunteers are needed to help put up signs for the Duluth Fall Festival Saturday. Volunteers will gather in the parking lot adjacent to Dunkin’ Donuts on Peachtree Industrial Boulevard at 8:30 a.m. and depart at 9 a.m. to erect signs in the city. Visit the festival website today to sign up to volunteer. 

The deadline to apply to serve on the new Duluth Public Arts Commission was extended until Thursday, Aug. 31.
