Based on votes cast in this week's Readers' Choice poll, Bruster's on PIB had the best ice cream, and Yogli Mogli had the best frozen yogurt in Duluth The on Pleasant Hill Road came in second for its ice cream. Voting in our contest started Monday and concluded Friday. Next week's category will be the best concert/live music venue in Duluth. Each week's winner will receive a certificate from Patch. Here are the results:
