Malone's Automotive Ups Reward in Theft of Mercedes in Marietta

Photos from a surveillance​ camera captured a man who police say stole the car in December.

MARIETTA, GA -- Malone's Automotive raised its reward for information pertaining to the car theft of a luxury car, Atlanta police said Tuesday.

The dealership, along with Crime Stoppers Atlanta, are posting anew photos taken from surveillance video that show a man breaking into a silver Mercedes-Benz S 550 in December.

Malone's is offering a huge reward for the return of the car and conviction of the offenders, the car dealership said on its Facebook page.

"I just got off the phone with the police again regarding the S Class that was stolen from us. Remember any information or sightings of this Mercedes-Benz that could lead to an arrest and return of it is worth a $5,000 reward," the dealership said.

"We are fairly certain the Mercedes is still in the Atlanta area, so be on the lookout, call 911, and us at 678-236-3800," the dealership said on Facebook.
