Norman the Scooter Dog to Compete for World Title in Cobb

Have you met Norman the Scooter Dog? He lives in Cherokee County and is getting ready to compete for a Guinness record for fastest-riding.

Norman learned to ride scooters as a puppy, and has made numerous appearances on national and local talk shows and has been featured in various media outlets.

On Friday between 7 and 9 a.m. he'll compete for fastest dog on a scooter at All Tournament Players Park in Northeast Cobb. The current record is 30m in 30 seconds. 

The event will raise money for Road Trip Home, an animal rescue group.
