Armed Robbers Stick Up Cashier, Customer In Gwinnett: Police

NORCROSS, GA -- Police in Gwinnett County are asking for the public's help in searching for two men who robbed a cashier and customer at gunpoint, authorities said. While no one was injured in the incident, police want to bring the duo to justice before they rob anyone else.

The armed robbery occurred about 5 p.m. Sept. 14 at Lily’s Luggage at 1241 Indian Trail Rd in Norcross. (SIGN UP: Get Patch's Daily Newsletter and Real Time News Alerts. Or, if you have an iPhone, download the free Patch app.)

The pair walked into the store with their guns out, police said. They robbed the cashier then walked her to a restroom, where they found a frightened customer hiding out.

After then robbing the customer, the robbers fled out the back door. Police have released images taken from video surveillance in the hopes that someone may recognize the pair and notify them.

The robbers both appear to have goatees, police said.
