Fourth of July Shooting at Norcross Motel Leaves 1 Dead, 1 Critically Injured

One person has died and another is in critical condition from a shooting that took place at a Norcross motel on the Fourth of July. 

The Thursday afternoon incident involved vehicles in the parking lot of the Red Roof Inn off Brook Hollow Parkway, as reported by the Gwinnett Daily Post.

A special agent in the Georgia Bureau of Investigation told the publication that an autopsy was performed on the deceased, but the identity was not released. 

The vehicles weren't crashed, and the motel's rooms were not affected in the shooting. Authorities continued to say that more people could be involved in the incident.
