• Gwinnett teen accused in Buford Highway chase was wanted for drive-by shooting (wsbtv.com) — A high-speed police chase ended at Buford Highway and Lanford Road in Norcross after deputies stopped a 17-year-old driver wanted in connection with an earlier drive-by shooting. Several vehicles were hit in the crash, but paramedics cleared everyone on scene without hospital transports, and deputies took the teen into custody without further incident.

• Man carrying baby in harness hit by vehicle in Gwinnett County (wsbtv.com) — A man carrying a baby in a body harness was struck by a vehicle while crossing Brook Hollow Parkway in Norcross Friday evening, leaving both with serious injuries. Georgia State Patrol says the family was outside a crosswalk, and the crash remains under investigation as the woman with them was not hurt and identities have not been released.
