Photo Gallery: 2013 Independence Day Celebration in Norcross
Despite the wet weather and rescheduling of fireworks, the music and booths drew in a crowd to the downtown area.
Despite the fireworks being postponed and the wet weather, Norcross' Independence Day celebration still drew in many to the downtown area.
Hero the Band and Mother's Finest, a popular group from Atlanta's 1970s music scene that's known for their funky rock rhythms and expressive R&B singing, performed to crowds donning ponchos and holding umbrellas in Lillian Webb Park.
Numerous booths also lined College Street and Jones Street, and Lionheart Theatre held its silent auction, too.Â
Check out the photos above of the wet Norcross event.Â
