Lakeside High AP Exam Proctors Needed

The 2011 AP Exam schedule is set! 's counseling office needs parent volunteers to assist the exam coordinator/counselor passing out exam paperwork and ensuring that exam rules are followed. The exams are given twice a day: a morning session from 8am - noon and an afternoon session from noon - 4pm. Parents would need to volunteer from 7:50am - 12:15pm for the morning session or from 11:50 a.m.- 4:30p.m. for the afternoon session. This year several exams will be held offsite at the on Lawrenceville Highway. The rest will be at Lakeside High. If you volunteer for any of the offsite exams you will report to that site not to Lakeside High. Also, if you volunteer for a foreign language (Spanish or French) the morning session will finish at 3pm, and the afternoon session will finish at 5pm. Please see below for the exam session time, location, the AP exam subject, and the number of volunteers needed. Lakeside High administers more than 700 AP exams, so parent volunteers are essential to the exam process.

NOTE: Parents may not volunteer to proctor the exam that their student is taking.

Wednesday, May 4

Morning Session (location TBD): Calculus AB and BC: 3 volunteers

Thursday, May 5

Morning Session @ Lakeside High: English Lit: 2 volunteers

Friday, May 6

Morning Session (location TBD): US History: 12 volunteers

Afternoon Session (location TBD): European History: 4 volunteers

Week Two:

Monday, May 9

Morning Session @ Lakeside High: Music Theory: 1 volunteer

Tues, May 10

Afternoon Session @ Lakesie High: French: 1 volunteer (2:30pm-5pm)

Thursday, May 12 

Afternoon Session (location TBD): Microeconomics: 8 volunteers
