Elsewhere Brewing on Grant Street is getting its groove on with Spice Girls drag night bingo - and the proceeds go to charity. - Youth Leadership Sandy Springs has announced a new program director for the organization. Lori Peljovich has been named as the replacement for Linda Cahn, who served in the role for five years. Peljovich has a long-standing history with Sandy Springs, and is committed to promoting anti-bullying campaigns and techniques for children. She also serves as vice chair for the Anti-Defamation League Southeast. (Reporter Newspapers)
- A suspect in a Roswell homicide is believed to have died in a pedestrian car crash in Sandy Springs. On Sunday, Rosa Evarista, 31, was found dead in her apartment from an apparent stab wound. The suspect, who has not been named, had left multiple apologetic and confessional messages to Evarista's family member.
