• Sandy Springs picks streets for GDOT resurfacing funding (roughdraftatlanta.com) — Several Sandy Springs neighborhood streets are set for resurfacing after the city secured an estimated $1.16 million state grant and committed a 30% local match. About five miles of roads, including long-waiting Green Hill Road and nearby connectors off Roswell Road, were chosen using pavement condition scores and construction timing. Work is planned under GDOT’s FY 2026 LMIG program.
